Today, November 2, 2026, the Annual General Meeting of DexTech Medical AB was held. All resolutions were passed with the required majority.
\nResolution on adoption of the income statement and balance sheet
\nThe AGM resolved to adopt the presented income statement and balance sheet.
\nResolution regarding appropriation of the company’s result in accordance with the adopted balance sheet
\nThe AGM resolved to allocate the company’s result in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, and that no dividend be paid for the financial year 2025\/2026.
\nResolution on discharge from liability for the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO
\nThe AGM resolved to discharge the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability.
\nDetermination of the number of members and deputy members of the Board of Directors
\nThe AGM resolved that the number of members of the Board of Directors shall be five members and that no deputies shall be elected.
\nElection of Board of Directors and auditor
\nThe AGM resolved to re-elect Andreas Segerros, Per-Olov Asplund, Peter Benson, Rolf Eriksson and Svante Wadman. Andreas Segerros was elected Chairman of the Board.
\nAzets Revision & R\u00e5dgivning AB was elected, with Per Hammar as auditor in charge, as auditor for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.
\nDetermination of fees to be paid to the Board of directors and the auditors
\nIt was resolved that no fees shall be paid to the Board of Directors for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. It was resolved that fees to the auditor shall be paid in accordance with approved invoices.

DexTech Medical AB is a Swedish research company that, based on its proprietary technology platform, has developed four patented drug candidates.
\nThe company’s lead candidate is OsteoDex for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) with bone metastases. A phase II clinical study with OsteoDex has been conducted with positive results regarding tolerability and treatment efficacy in patients who no longer respond to existing drugs.
\nOsteoDex has also been evaluated in a clinical phase I\/IIa study in multiple myeloma with positive results.
