Today, November 4, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of DexTech Medical AB was held. All resolutions were passed with the required majority.<\/p>\n
Resolution on adoption of the income statement and balance sheet<\/strong><\/p>\n The AGM resolved to adopt the presented income statement and balance sheet.<\/p>\n Resolution regarding appropriation of the company’s result in accordance with the adopted balance sheet<\/strong><\/p>\n The AGM resolved to allocate the company’s result in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, and that no dividend be paid for the financial year 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n Resolution on discharge from liability for the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n The AGM resolved to discharge the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability.<\/p>\n Determination of the number of members and deputy members of the Board of Directors<\/strong><\/p>\n The AGM resolved that the number of members of the Board of Directors shall be five members and that no deputies shall be elected.<\/p>\n Election of Board of Directors and auditor<\/strong><\/p>\n The AGM resolved to re-elect Andreas Segerros, Per-Olov Asplund, Peter Benson, Rolf Eriksson and Svante Wadman.<\/p>\n Andreas Segerros was elected Chairman of the Board.<\/p>\n Azets Revision & R\u00e5dgivning AB was elected, with Per Hammar as auditor in charge, as auditor for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n
