DexTech Medical AB (\u201cDexTech\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) hereby announces that the last day of trading in Paid Subscribed Shares (Sw. BTA) will be on 27 January 2022 and stop day will be on 31 January 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During December 2021, DexTech conducted a rights issue, which provided the Company approximately SEK 46.35 million before deduction of transaction related costs. The rights issue has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and the last day of trading in BTA will be on 27 January 2022 and stop day will be on 31 January 2022. The shares are estimated to be delivered on the shareholder\u2019s account on 2 February 2022.<\/p>\n

DexTech Medical AB<\/em><\/strong> is a Swedish research company that, based on its technology platform, has developed four drug candidates that are protected by patents. The main candidate is OsteoDex for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) with skeletal metastases. A successful Phase II clinical trial has been conducted with OsteoDex where the result shows high tolerability with mild side effects as well as treatment effect on patients who fail on existing drugs.
