Today, October 8, 2020, the Annual General Meeting of DexTech Medical AB was held. Below is a summary of the decisions that were made. All decisions were made with the required majority.<\/h4>\n

Decision on the adoption of the income statement and balance sheet<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Meeting resolved to adopt the presented income statement and balance sheet.<\/p>\n

Decision on allocations regarding the company’s earnings in accordance with the adopted balance sheet<\/strong><\/p>\n

The AGM decided to dispose of the company’s earnings, and that no dividend is paid for the financial year 2019\/2020.<\/p>\n

Resolution on discharge for the members of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director<\/strong><\/p>\n

The annual general meeting resolved to discharge the board members and the managing director from liability.<\/p>\n

Determination of the number of board members and deputy directors<\/strong><\/p>\n

The AGM resolved that the number of board members should be unchanged five members and that no deputies be elected.<\/p>\n

Determination of fees for the Board of Directors and the auditors<\/strong><\/p>\n

The AGM resolved that board fees should not be paid and that fees to the auditor be paid in accordance with approved invoice.<\/p>\n

Election of Board of Directors and auditors<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Meeting resolved to re-elect Svante Wadman, Anders Holmberg, Sten Nilsson, Per-Olof Asplund and Rolf Eriksson. At the subsequent statutory Board meeting, Svante Wadman was re-elected as Chairman of the Board. KPMG AB was re-elected, with Petra Lindstro\u0308m as responsible auditor, as auditor for the period until the end of the next AGM.<\/p>\n
